All orders are followed up by an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders that ship to the state of Georgia. Sales tax will be applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is your website secure?

Yes. All personal information including credit card information is stored and transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology at all times. Our site and all order information is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. We make it a point not to give out any personal information, including e-mail addresses.

How can I purchase a gift card?

If you would like a gift card, please call us at 1.877.593.8064 or e-mail us at cs@structuredgreen.com. Kindly note that no sales tax is collected on the purchase of gift cards. However, purchases paid for with gift cards are subject to sales tax in accordance with applicable laws.

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?

We can ship items almost anywhere in the world. For all orders outside the continental U.S., please email us for a quote for freight shipping at cs@structuredgreen.com. Make sure to include the following information and we will be happy to respond to your request within 24 hours:

     The item(s) and quantity you require.
     The full address of where the item(s) will be shipped. Please include
     the street address, city, postal code, and country.
     Please state whether the address is a residential or commercial address.

How will you ship my item?

We ship our products through UPS or FedEx. Larger pieces are carefully shipped through a freight carrier.

When will my order ship?

Due to our careful shipping and the wide array of products, most items will normally ship within 6-8 weeks. We do our best to ensure that the delivery times listed on each and every product page are accurate and up to date. If you have any questions about shipping of a specific product, please email us at cs@structuredgreen.com.

What is the return policy?

You may return the following items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping costs:

     Bedding in their original and unopened packaging.
     Products in their original condition and in original packaging.
     Items with all tags, instructions, and inserts

Unfortunately, we do not accept any custom orders for return.

Are your items covered by a warranty?

All products are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer. All warranty claims are subject to terms of use. If you have questions about the warranty of a specific product, please email us at cs@structuredgreen.com.

What do I do if my item comes in damaged?

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, we request that you inspect your item(s) and contact us as soon as possible. For damage noted upon arrival, please refuse delivery. For any damage unnoticed at time of delivery, we ask that you contact us within 7 days. Please send us up to three digital photos (including one photo of the box that the item shipped in) to cs@structuredgreen.com. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material!
