WHY IT'S GREEN: At a time of increasing concern for the environment and depletion of natural resources, Artek are committed to assessing the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes and business practises. This includes planting new trees to replace those that are felled, obtaining most efficient use of the raw material, wood waste is chipped and burned for heating, and conserving energy in the manufacturing process.
