Based on the design of the 007 Chest, the 019 Chest has the same slender legs and elegantly robust body, while offering larger proportions for increased storage capacity.
Product Specifications
The cabinet top, base and side panels are manufactured from solid planks of oak, cherry or walnut, joined using wooden dowels and adhesive. Screws disguised with long grain dowels strengthen the connections. The rear panel is plywood with a matching veneer on both sides. The panel is slotted into the rebated frame for a seamless connection. The cabinet leg structure is solid oak, cherry or walnut, joined using mortise and tenon joints. The drawer fronts and handles are solid oak, cherry or walnut attached to American Basswood drawer sides using dovetail joinery. The base panel of the drawers is made from plywood with a matching veneer, and this panel slots into rebates in the drawer sides for a seamless connection.
The drawers have an internal depth of 150mm (5.91")
Hidden metal runners on the underside of the drawers have a sprung "pull back" action.
This cabinet is delivered fully assembled and glued, except for the base. The base is delivered as a separate piece that needs to be installed using the fittings provided. This is approximately 10 minutes work. Please refer to assembly instructions provided at time of delivery.
