Our Security Policy
All personal information including credit card information is stored and transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology at all times.Our site and all order information is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. We do not give out any information, including e-mail addresses, and commit to keeping all of our customers' personal information confidential.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Due to our careful shipping and the wide array of products, most items will normally ship within 2-4 weeks. We do our best to ensure that the delivery times listed on each and every product page are accurate and up to date. If you have any questions about shipping of a particular product, please email us at cs@structuredgreen.com.

For Merchandise Damaged in Shipment
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, we request that you inspect your item(s) and contact us as soon as possible. For damage noted upon arrival, please refuse delivery. For any damage unnoticed at time of delivery, we ask that you contact us within 7 days. Please send us up to three digital photos (including one photo of the box that the item shipped in) to cs@structuredgreen.com. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material!

For International, Hawaiian, and Alaskan Orders
We can ship items almost anywhere in the world. For all international, Hawaiian, and Alaskan orders, please e-mail us for a quote for freight shipping at cs@structuredgreen.com Make sure to include the following information and we will be happy to respond to your request within 24 hours:
The item(s) and quantity you require.
The full address of where the item(s) will be shipped. Please include the street address, city, postal code, and country.
Please note whether the address is a residential or commercial address.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept billing addresses outside the U.S. at this time.

Nut Allergies
In an effort to keep our furniture VOC-free, non toxic and comfortable to live with, we finish all pieces with food-grade Tung Oil and/or Beeswax. Tung Oil is derived from the seed of the nut of the Tung Tree, and therefore may irritate those with nut sensitivities. Instance are extremely rare, but worth considering. Please contact us for alternatives.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer the opportunity to return or exchange the following items within 30 days, excluding shipping costs:
Products in their original condition and in original packaging.
Items with all tags, instructions, and inserts
Unfortunately, we do not accept any custom orders for return.
If you would like to return an item we will refund the total minus any shipping fees that we incurred. Feel free to contact us at cs@structuredgreen.com if you have any questions. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Floor Sale Policy
All "SALE" items are sold "as-is" in our "SALE" section. All sales final: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges on "SALE" purchases. If you would like additional pictures, please let us know. We will be happy to send you as many pictures as you need to feel comfortable purchasing "SALE" pieces. Shipping charges apply to "SALE" items.
